Northface Construction LLC is based in Elk River Minnesota is growing rapidly and has numerous projects out for bid to start in the spring/early summer of 2017. We are family owned and operated local company that has strong values and ties to our local communities. We are looking for a variety of tradesmen/contractors in different specialties who would like the opportunity to bid on  upcoming projects.

We service the entire metro Twin Cities Market but specifically the Northwest suburbs (Anoka, Sherburne, Isanti, Wright and Hennepin Counties).

Northface Construction prides itself on providing high quality construction through quality process management.  We believe that providing a high quality service for our customers is a sustainable way to ensure that we continue to receive work based on our capability and processes.

Contractors are required to be registered with the Secretary of State in Minnesota, and have Liability and Workers Compensation policies active and in good standing. W-9 forms will be required to receive payment, Lien Waivers are required on every job upon payment.  We enforce a DRUG FREE and Tobacco controlled environment on our job sites. Northface values safety and we believe that providing a properly staged and safe environment to work is efficient and of the utmost importance. Our subcontractors are expected to abide by our safety regulations and the mandated regulations by as well.
