From our experience, we have found it makes the project go much more smoothly when spouses or the household make these decisions together and everyone is a part of the entire process, beginning to end. When we meet with a client to discuss a repair, remodel, or renovation there are a lot of complexities that go into the work we do and we want our client to understand every step of the way. What we can relay to a client in 30 minutes to an hour, may take much longer for them to reiterate to their partner or spouse because they aren’t the experts. We would LOVE to meet with both parties that are making the decision so they can feel they know everything we are going to do. It saves us time, and it saves you time. We can avoid miscommunications, unanswered questions, and playing phone tag if everyone is included in the process from beginning to end.
