This is an entry level position into Northface that can lead to different career paths internally to foster a successful and rewarding career you can retire from. Assistant project managers can move into sales, project management, field technician or other roles as the company grows. We need an individual who can help us be the Contractor of Choice in Minnesota and the surrounding areas. A person who can deliver efficiency and quality and use their construction experience, hands on skills and eagerness to serve to give the customer an experience that they won’t forget. We want our customers to be customers for life and you will be one of the most integral parts of achieving that. 

A majority of your time will be spent in the field, assisting our project managers and helping them maintain efficiency on their projects. When not assisting the project managers, you will have many opportunities to learn hands-on skills with our field techs and also gain valuable trade experience.

Experience in construction is not necessary but your work ethic and drive to learn will play a vital role in Northface’s mission of delivering the highest quality product and service to our customers. Your willingness to help, learn, and explore your full potential will help us achieve our goal of becoming Minnesota’s contractor of choice.
