From the moment you reach out to one of our account managers, we’re actively listening to your desires and goals to establish a strong partnership. We’ll arrange an initial consultation where our construction specialists will ask you a number of questions to gain deeper knowledge of your ideal budget, timeline and expectations. Once we’ve finished with our meetings, your project is handed off to our roofing experts who will dig down into the structure, measurements and dimensions of your roof. Once we have all the information we need, we’ll develop a reasonable quote within the project’s scope.
Once both parties have agreed to the project’s outline and we’ve signed the contract, our team kicks off construction. Throughout the duration of your project, we’ll work around your schedule, keeping you informed on material deliveries and construction crews coming and going from your home. With a dedicated account manager, you’ll have a single contact who’s dedicated to answering any questions or concerns that arise during installation.
When we wrap up your project, our consultants will conduct a thorough walk-through to make sure that all terms of the contract were fulfilled to the Northface standard. When it’s approved by our construction managers, we take you through so you can view the completed work. Once we’ve addressed any lingering concerns and you’ve signed off, you get the added benefit of our workmanship warranty. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that our work is backed up 100 percent and you won’t be left out in the cold should any problems arise.
