Our Process

From our initial contact to execution and beyond, Northface Construction offers a streamlined approach to ensure your roofing project goes off without a problem.

Our first goal is to engage in a conversation to understand what it is you’re hoping to gain from our roofing services. We’ll set up an initial meeting where our experts ask you a variety of questions to understand the expectations, scope and goals of the endeavor. After scratching out an overview of your project along with a rough budget and timeline with you, our account management team takes that information and develops a precise quote. Once we present the quote to you, we can answer any questions you may have.

Once we’ve agreed on the scope, the contract is signed, and we get to work on your roof. Throughout the execution phase, our dedicated account managers will keep you informed of when materials, dumpsters and work crews are expected to arrive. We work around your schedule to ensure that we provide minimal disruption to your personal life. Available whenever you need us, Northface Construction is dedicated to answering any and all questions throughout the roof installation process, no matter what time works best for you.

Once construction is complete, our account manager does a full walk-through of the area to make sure that our work is up to the Northface Construction standards, as the contract states. Once the work has been checked against our set of quality standards, we’ll walk through it with you to make sure you’re entirely happy with the final result. Once you are 100% satisfied the project consultant will provide a signed workmanship warranty by the owner of Northface Construction as well as all relevant material for your records.
