What Can I Expect Next?
Once we set up an inspection time that works for your schedule, one of our sales team members will be assigned to you (for the duration of the project). During our 19-point inspection, we’ll document any damage or other findings. We’ll also take the time to discuss your vision for your home or property. By the end of this meeting, you can expect clear next steps and a project report.
How quickly can you make it to my home for a free estimate after I reach out?
While it depends on the time you contact us, we try to make it to all our storm damage estimates on the same day, and if that’s not possible, the very next day.
Will I have a primary point of contact for my project?
Yes! You will have a dedicated sales representative available for any and all questions. Once your project moves to production, your production supervisor will also be a primary point of contact.
How long does a typical roof installation take?
While it depends on the size of the roof, most residential home roof installations take 1 to 2 days.
How long can I expect until my home is back to normal?
It depends on the extent of the damage. However, we understand the urgency of repairing storm damage, and so you can guarantee that we’ll work efficiently to get your home looking brand new again as soon as possible.
