Approval of Project Specifications

Every home is different and every homeowner has different taste and style preferences. To get a thorough understanding of your vision for your home project, we’ll work with you to find the perfect materials for the job that fit comfortably within your budget.

We won’t start until all the details are hammered out and correct. Final specifications, scheduling, measurements, insurance, and material ordering will all be internally reviewed and approved. We don’t want any hiccups during construction, so this final review step is crucial to ensure a smooth and seamless project.

Building Your Project + Quality Inspection

Once every detail is finalized and approved, our talented team of craftsmen will begin construction on your project, keeping deadlines and dates in mind every step of the way.

But the job isn’t quite over when the last hammer is nailed in. Instead, we ensure that the job isn’t only completed, but has been built to last by going over our thorough, 15 point standards checklist. We’ll also be going over your property with a fine-toothed comb and cleaning it of any excess materials or debris. After all, our mothers taught us to clean up after ourselves.

During this meeting, we’ll come to your home to discuss your vision for your home and make sure that it’s a project that we can take on. By the end of this meeting, you can expect a full inspection and a quote.

How Long Does a Typical Roof Installation Take?

While it depends on the size of the roof, most residential home roof installations take 1 to 2 days.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my roof?

If you are not happy with the results of the installation, we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have, as long as they are reasonable. However, our skilled craftsmen, concrete process, and excellent customer service make unsatisfied homeowners extremely rare.
