How We Offer 3D Modeling Through Hover

If you’ve ever wondered what the 3D modeling process looks like, we’re here to show you! This process is simple, hassle-free, and the perfect way to visualize your new exterior project.

Hover allows you to choose from popular products we carry and customize your home with your specific choice of color and layout. The program allows you to get an estimate right from the tool based on the materials you’ve chosen. In fact, we offer free 3D models through the Hover app for all our customers that go through our FREE consultation services.

How Hover 3D Modeling Works

The steps to using Hover to build a 3D rendering of your home is as easy as 1, 2, 3. All you need is a smartphone and you can get started on redesigning your home’s exterior right from the palm of your hand!

1. We first send you a link to the Hover app that you can download on your phone.
2. The App will walk you through taking 8 exterior photos of your home.
3. Those images get submitted to the app and voila—we can get started on your redesign.

Once we have the 3D model of your home we will set up a Zoom video call with you to get started.

If for whatever reason you don’t feel comfortable or able to take accurate images with your phone of your home’s exterior we will gladly send out a representative to take those photos for you—while practicing social distancing guidelines. No need for you to do any work at all!

Which Features Can be Designed in Hover?

Hover is all-inclusive for designing your home’s new exterior—from roofing materials and colors to siding materials and colors. You can essentially swap out anything you want to give your home the exact unique design you hoped for.

The best part about our clients being able to design their home using Hover is that they get truly hands-on experience with it. Since they get to go through the fun of switching out colors, materials, textures, sizes, they are in complete control and there’s no pressure for changing their minds before we finalize everything.

The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and even the most amateur user should be able to use the interface to swap out their siding details. However, we are always available to help design the tiny details like shutters or trim using our expertise with both siding trends and the Hover program itself.
